Deliveries are made with BoxNow.
Orders are shipped every weekday from Monday to Friday by 3:00 PM. Orders placed after the shipping time are shipped the next business day.
DELIVERY PRICE
All shipments are charged with shipping costs, which are determined by the weight of the product.
DELIVERY TIME
From the moment the order is ready:
- Delivery with BoxNow from Greece to Bulgaria: delivery within 1-3 business days to your chosen BoxNow machine.
ORDER DELAY
Any delay in your order may be due to any of the following reasons:
In extreme weather conditions or strikes and generally in cases of force majeure that prevent normal transport and delivery.
During peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Easter).
In case we are unable to contact you (by phone or email) to resolve any issues related to your order or payment. For example, when the data you entered is not correctly filled in.
